DialFuel LLC ("DialFuel," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, stands behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy explains your rights and options after a purchase.
The DialFuel AI Lead System (the core $97 training product) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, we will refund your full $97 purchase price — no questions asked.
We are confident this system works. That confidence is reflected in the guarantee: if you're not satisfied for any reason, we don't keep your money.
Access after a refund: When your refund is processed, your access to the DialFuel AI Lead System course materials and the $100 DialFuel lead credit ends. The refund returns your $97 — the products are not retained after a refund.

You do not need to provide extensive justification or proof. If you are within the 30-day window, we will process your refund promptly and without hassle.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of our confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit or debit card) via Stripe. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We are unable to issue refunds to a payment method different from the one used at checkout. We are also unable to issue refunds in cash or by check.
DialFuel Ad Pack (order-bump add-on): The DialFuel Ad Pack is a collection of done-for-you, downloadable ad creative assets. Because this is a digital download that provides immediate access to proprietary creative files, the Ad Pack is non-refundable once it has been accessed or downloaded. If you add the Ad Pack at checkout and request a refund for the core training product within 30 days, your refund will be for the core $97 only; the Ad Pack charge is not refundable if the files have been accessed.
If you purchased the Ad Pack but have not yet accessed or downloaded the files, contact us at support@dialfuel.com and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
The YouTube MP Lead Pack (10 pre-generated mortgage protection leads, $97) and related lead-based purchases come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If these aren't the best leads you've ever worked, contact us at support@dialfuel.com within 30 days and we will refund every penny — no questions asked.
Any add-on products associated with lead pack purchases (including the Recruiting Ads Masterclass add-on, $89) are digital products that are non-refundable once accessed.
The AtCostLeads AI Platform subscription (offered as a post-purchase upsell) is a separate product governed by its own terms and billing cycle. Subscription charges are not covered by the 30-day guarantee for the core training product. To cancel an AtCostLeads subscription, contact us at support@dialfuel.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We ask that you contact us at support@dialfuel.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve issues directly and faster than a formal dispute process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to your DialFuel account and products, and may make it more difficult for us to process any legitimate refund you are entitled to.
